Terms of Service

1. Who can use Lunazea

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

2. Nature of the service

Lunazea offers tarot readings, astrology, morphopsychology, compatibility, rituals and daily messages for entertainment and personal reflection. Answers are generated by an artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate.

Nothing in the app is medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice, nor does it replace a professional. Do not make important decisions based only on a reading. If you are at risk or in an emergency, contact the emergency services in your country.

3. Free plan and Premium

• The free plan includes a limited number of questions and analyses per month and shows ads.
• Premium is offered weekly, monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app before you pay. It may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, the plan is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
• You can also buy packs of questions or single spells. They are credited to your account once payment is confirmed.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. This does not limit any consumer rights granted by the law of your country.
• We may change prices or what each plan includes. Price changes to an ongoing subscription are communicated through Google Play before they apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes, to harass other people or to generate harmful content.
• Upload other people's photos or personal data without their consent.
• Try to access other users' data, bypass plan limits, tamper with purchases or attack the service.
• Copy, decompile or resell the app or its content.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

5. Your content

What you write and upload remains yours. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, texts, illustrations and the Lunazea brand belong to their owners. You may share your readings for personal use.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the app running without interruption, but there may be failures or maintenance pauses. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the app content or for indirect damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Leaving

You can stop using Lunazea and delete your account at any time from Profile > Legal > Delete account.

9. Changes to the terms

If we change these terms materially we will notify you in the app. If you keep using it afterwards, the new terms apply.

10. Governing law

These terms do not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, or of the right to go to its courts.
